Ingredients:
Milk : 1 cup
Tea : 2 tea spoons
Sugar : 1 tea spoon
Clove : 2 pieces
Cardamom : 2 pieces crushed
Bay Leaf : 1 leaf
Method:
- Put a tea pan on the oven in medium heat.
- Pour milk on the tea pan.
- Add bay leaf, crushed cardamom, cloves, sugar and tea.
- Let it boil for 4 minutes.
- When the color of tea is light brown, pour the tea on a cup using tea strainer.
- Serve hot.
